You know, it might only show the option for personal vs business if there's multiple accounts associated with a single email address. I'm kind of just guessing though.
Ok, thanks a lot! Just one more question: how do I select business account type? There is no selectable option for this, at least in our app. Do you have a screenshot how it should look?
The XAS OneDrive App Supports both Personal and Business Accounts. To login using a Business Account please select the Business Account type when prompted and enter your Business account as follows:
ourdomain\user@ourdomain.onmicrosoft.com
The Login issue you are facing with your personal account is a known issue and goes away with Firmware verion 073.010.066.xxxxx.
When released please install the minor release *.66.
I have tested both: with my personal OneDrive account I have manage to login, but after login it asks permission to use files etc but it close this window so quick that I'm not able to Accept this. Then it goes to all services -menu.
With Business account (user@ourdomain.onmicrosoft.com) it says "Microsoft account does not exist".
Machine firmware is 073.010.055.33800
It works without issue on firmware 073.010.055.33800 .
We did have a lot of issues on the 072.010.165.09100 General release.
Hi, we have tested Scan to OneDrive app, but it's not working. When I try to login it said "Microsoft account doesn't exist".
