I try to login with my account (rsdrisco) and it says "User is not permitted." I am trying to replicate a customer issue and do not want to login with the support admin account. I want to login as a regular user (which I am listed as a regular user). So why can't I login as user rsdrisco? Note: I tried resetting password, but the email link sends me to Xerox App Gallery to reset that password, not to Xerox App Studio.
