Mobile Link and Google Drive

We are repeatedly receiving routing errors and need to authenticate again with our Google Accounts before the app will work again. This has made a highly useful app very annoying for regular users.

Would you please include a more specific explanation of what is occuring so that we may look into this issue? What do you mean when you say that you are repeatedly experiencing "routing errors?" If possible, include a step-by-step of what you are doing prior to when you are seeing the issue.
