How can I scan documents straight to my phone using the app?
I have both print portal and mobile link.
Print portal works great printing directly from my phone. However I cannot get the Mobile Link app to even find my printer. I printed off the info page so I am using the correct IP address to put in and it doesn’t find the printer. I bought this printer because it said iOS compatible. As a special needs mom I need to scan a lot of documents. Please help!!!
