Xerox VersaLink C405 with hard drive - On-demand image overwrite takes only a few seconds?
I recently acquired a brand-new Xerox VersaLink C405 and added the Productivity Kit (320 GB hard drive) option. I've been spending a lot of time learning how to properly set it up, and as I was looking at the image overwrite settings (basically wiping the hard drive of document image data), I tried running an on-demand image overwrite. It's my understanding that an ODIO can't be interrupted and could take over an hour to complete, during which the device cannot do anything at all. However, when I ran it on my machine, it only took a couple of seconds to complete after which the machine restarted. Dinar Recaps
