Hi, I had a working test system of Mobile Print Cloud back in February. Looking at it now the Agent stopped communicating with the cloud a few weeks after it was installed. I have upgraded the agent that was working and tried to install agents on 2 other servers and I always get Agent Registration failed...any ideas why?
The firewall guys says the registration request is getting through the firewall. The only other thing is all of our licenses are expired. I was going to add the production printers than license it. Is that possible that the lack of licenses is stopping the registration?
Any help is appreciated.

Thank you, it is good to know that I need to put into new licenses before I install the agents. We have some on order.
