My customer has (100) A3 MFP units and they are looking to evaluate one of our ConnectKey devices for a hopeful fleet refresh in 2017. The customer’s IT department uses AirWatch to push out solutions and their accompanying passcodes to their employees.
When using the Xerox Mobile Print Cloud solution, the employees will need to input the company’s code when they initiate the Xerox Mobile Print Portal App. Is there a way for the customer to use AirWatch to push out the App and the corresponding company code to their employees?
Currently the Xerox Print Portal doesn't support application configuration options pushed through an EMM\MDM such as Airwatch. One option to avoid the company code prompt would be to route the customer's domain directly based on the domains contained in the email addresses being entered. To have this configured for a customer, please contact Xerox support.
