The technician discivered the black development unit was intermittently working.
Please have the User do the following:
1. Have the User log into the Xerox Mobile Print Cloud website at: https://xmpc.services.xerox.com
2. Click on the users Email address, in the upper right corner next to Logout.
3. Under User Options, click on User preferences
4. Under Print Preferences, check the box for Color.
5. When finished, press the Save button.
The Mobile Print Cloud software may be configured to allow both Color and Black & White printing, or only Black & White. The administrator can modify this setting in Color Options under the Print Control Policy.
Mobile Print Cloud Administrator is only one that can print color. All other users can only print B&W. All users print to the devices email address.
