I'm pretty sure the Redhat error is coming from the Xerox Web server, not the client OS used to download the software. Especially since Workplace suite only installs on Windows OS.
The typical way to get beyond the error is to change the Language location in the URL
So if it fails on https://www.support.xerox.com/support/xerox-workplace-suite/file-redirect/enus.html?operatingSystem=...
Or a direct to the file link like http://download.support.xerox.com/pub/drivers/PMM_SUITE/utils/android/en_GB/XeroxWorkplaceSuite_5.4....
One of them will work. And if the issue is actually caused by Redhat on the not Xerox side of this issue, you can simply change browsers just like on Windows and Mac, So if you are on Redhat using Konqueror or Firefox (One of them is the default) then try Chrome,Brave,Lynx,Midori etc.
Although I'm pretty certain the OS downloading in this case will be the Server housing Workplace Suite, which is Windows based.
Please try a Microsoft Windows based computer to download. Let us know if you still have problems.

Every time I try to download Workplace Suite from the Xerox site Redhat gives me an error saying I do not have permission to download. Where I can I download this so I can upgrade my installation?
