We have bought the Xerox Workplace Cloud in June of last year when we initially set it up everything was working fine, I have it set up on a Windows 10 desktop. About 2 weeks ago something happened and now we cannot enter accounting codes into the Chromebooks. On the admin side it is showing that Xerox standard accounting is enabled, On the Chromebooks, it does not show that the accounting is available. and when you just hit print the job fails because on the printer the accounting codes are enabled.
