how do you disable the print banner sheet in the versalink c7020 when using @print by Xerox and Mobile Print Cloud.

Hi Troy,

To disable banner page with Mobile Print Cloud, please make sure the following:
1. Print Banner Pages = No
2. Allow the Print Driver to Override = No

There are two ways to disable the configurations:

From CWIS:
1. Go to MFP device CWIS by type in MFP ip address in Web browser
2. Go to Properties tab. Select Services > Printing > General on the left hand panel
3. Go to the Banner Sheet configuration section
4. Select 'No' for both "Print Banner Sheets" and "Allow the Print Driver to Override" configurations
5. Click Apply button, located on lower right hand corner of the page.

From MFP device:
1. Click Machine Status button
2. Go to Tools tab
3. Select Service Settings on the left hand
4. Select Banner Pages...
5. Make sure both "Print Banner Pages" and "Allow the Print Driver to Override" are set to 'No'.
6. click OK.

If the above instructions don't work, please let me know the MFP device model.

Thanks for the tip Joe but all our printers already have that disabled. The Mobile Print still prints a banner page with every job.

Pretty sure that comes from the printer itself, not Mobile Print. How to disable is always in CWIS, but the individual clicks may vary.

For Connectkey devices it is CWIS > Properties > Services > Printing > General
