Error when "@PrintbyXerox" button is pressed

Hi,

 

I have created new account on customer site to demonstrate Mobile Print Cloud to this one.

PrintbyXerox EIP button created.

Logo and text displayed, it means connection with the Cloud is OK

When I press the button, following message is displayed:

The server has closed the connection unexpectedly

Please contact the local system administrator to check the status of the server.

For your information, there is no proxy server to be connected to internet.

Any idea why this error
