Getting back into Workplace Cloud portal

Product Name: Xerox Workplace Could 5.3

New workplace cloud 5.3 install. 

I created a company and installed licenses and setup agent and installed a printer.  We configured the company to use LDAP for login method with badge swipe.  When we try to login to the portal welcome screen  it prompts for email and domain\username and pw.  It won’t login.  Is there a way to switch the authentication back to the XWC login?  We have the agent running.  Not sure how to get back into the portal now.

What is your company code? I can switch it back to XWC Authentication for you.

However, you must make sure the windows firewall is configured to allow communication to ports used for LDAP authentication. The ports you must create firewall rules for are documented in the Information Assurance Disclosure:

Also, you must ensure that the PC where the agent is running has a static IP address and is always on.
