Re: Incoming Emails delete after upgrade to 3.6.210.14

Hi,

Thanks for the info. Thats what is I suspected, there is a know error with Lotus Notes and Mobile Print 3.6.2. Mobile Print automatically removes/ignores old email messages, anything that is more than 48 hours old. But for some reason the Date in the Email header from Lotus Notes emails is not processed correctly. We have a Mobile Print Server Patch for that, I will send you an off-line email with some info on how the get the Patch.

Thank you for your patience,

Xerox Mobile Print Support.

It's a Lotus notes server. Mobile print is configured to grab using IMAP and it was working fine under 3.5 before. I can see from the packet trace it is talking and grabbing the email.

Incoming Emails delete after upgrade to 3.6.210.14

After updating to 3.6 emails are being grabbed proerply by the server, but are being deleted immeadiately due to the date.

Mail Server ID: 124
Watch Email: blah@blah.com
From: blahblah@blah.com
Received Date: 1/1/0001 12:00:00 AM
Expired Date: 1/3/0001 12:00:00 AM
*** Discard email because it is expired. [ReceivedTime=1/1/0001 12:00:00 AM] [ExpiredHours=48] [CurrentDate=6/7/2016 9:45:09 PM].
Email Parse Status: TooOld2Process
Successfully deleted email message from the server.

I captured the smtp traffic into the server and the emails have the correct current dates and the server has the proper dates, any idea why it is using the bad dates for received date? It never deviates from 1/1/0001 12:00:00am.
