Unfotunately no-one from Xerox ever got back to us with any useful information.
We had to resolve the issue by moving the full installation on to a new server.
Can someone from Xerox get back to me on what is clearly a flawed licensing system ?
We had a 4 device install of workplace suite working as normal.
We added a fifth machine but we cannot get the additional license to install.
We have tried to license it using a Dat file,and checked the Dat file has the correct information.
We get an error message saying "Server Busy"
We did an upgrade to version 5.3 but we still have the issue.
Any suggestions?
