It was something wrong with the agent. After a restart and adding the printers again, it works nice.
I aplogogize for the issue you have encountered. Xerox support will be happy investigate and help you with the issue. Please contact your local administrator, if you are the administrator, follow your normal path for Xerox support.
I have problems printing from our Lotus Notes system directly to a printers eMail address like
xxxxxxxxxxxx.Wren@printbyxerox.com"
Nothing happens. No errormessage.
It works perfectly when I print from my private WEB email.
All email addresses are registred.
