When using a PC to print with a print driver output is OK.......until now! It started the same issue, black is faded. Seems to be intermittent at best. Technician is on the way to resolve (we hope). Will update after his visit.

Does the MS Word file print ok when not printing through Mobile Print Cloud? Try printing the file from your computer directly to the Xerox 7225. Also, what type of MS Word document is it, .doc, .docx, .docm?

When sending a MS Word Mobile Print Cloud job to a Xerox 7225 the black text is barely noticeable, color is OK.

Converting the same image to a PDF then sending the document prints fine. JPGs also print fine. Any suggestions appreciated.
