Hello,
Below I have answered a few of your questions and also requested more information for a few of them (responses in blue). Please reply to this message with detailed information so that I am able to provide you with accurate information.
1. I currently have used all my printer's tied to my license. I have recently acquired a new printer. Can I go into the printer tab within
the web interface and simply change the IP Address to the new printer?
Are you removing one of the currently enabled printers from your account? If so, then you must disable and delete that printer, discover the new printer with one of your agents, and then enable the new printer.
If you are not planning on removing any of your current printers that are enabled, you will need to purchase an additional license in order to increase the number of printers you can enable on your company's account.
2a. I recently installed MPC on a Samsung S5 and Mobile App doesn't display correct Printer Email Address when going into Printer details.
What email address is displayed?
2b. When I attempt to open a PDF via "MY Files"...the Print Portal App launches and the only way to view the PDF is to click on the document icon. this is a major problem. Please advise.
Please provide detailed steps on how you reach this issue.
3. Via IPAD, I can only print an email by forwarding to printer's email address. Is this the only way to accomplish this? Is there no path to printing email within email application.
No there is no path to printing an email within the email application on an iOS device. iOS does not provide the Open In functionality that would allow you to open the email within the Print Portal app to print. This is a limitation of iOS devices.
