Mobile Print Portal App

I just purchased the Xerox mobile Print Portal app. I have never been given a company code, and I also cant find the QR code to scan. So the app is not working. I have a Phaser 6180N that I am trying to connect to my iPad.

Great question, to change your company code please follow these instructions.

Before you log in at the main screen, you need to tell the Print Portal App that you want to change your company code.  Do one the following:

• iOS: on the Print Portal main screen, select the gear icon on the left below the Next button.  Set the “Prompt for Company Code” to On.  Click Done.
• Android: at the main screen, click the Settings button (3 lines) on your Android device.  Set the “Prompt for Company Code” to On.  Click Done.

The main screen is the screen where you enter your email address.
