Yes we so use the cloud printing service.
We have experienced the problem of the ends of lines being missing when we submit from both iPhones and Android phones. This has occurred on simple email printing but also when printing photos - we lose one end of the photo. Our Xerox Fleet Manager (Ian Vine) has seen this and can confirm the problem.

1. What are the files types that the ends of the lines are missing on the printout ?
2. Does this problem occur with all submission methods ?

When we send documents to print from mobile devices, the ends of lines are missing. Our printers are ColorQubes 9303, mobile devices are iPhones, iPads and Android.
