Question: Are you saying that if Network Accounting is enabled on the Printer, you cannot enable the printer on Workplace Suite ?
Answer : Yes.
( Even when I enable Network Accounting on the device manually this feature is not getting enabled) that means printer will get enabled with warning error in XWS.

I have recently installed and configured Xerox Work Place Suite 5.1 on a windows Server 2012 r2, I have below challenges, appreciate if i get some help in this forum.
Below are few details.
Problem Stateent : Accouting is not getting enabled . when add devices.
If I disable accounting devices are getting added succesfully.
Server : Windows 2012 R2 with most recent updates.
MFD : 1 X Versalink C 7020 with PS Kit, and 1 X Versalink C 7020 PCL 6, 5, 5e.
Tried with manual and Print managment sotware mange device change options.
