If your Print Portal App stops working, displays a connection error, won't connect after entering Company Code and Credentials. The Test Connection on the Xerox Workplace Suite and XPMMS server will fails. (Company->Workflows->Mobile Application)
Upgrade to Workplace Suite 5.1.27.17, available on support.xerox.com.
