Print in mobile with xerox standarda accounting

I think the key in the quote that you provided is that it states, "Xerox offers." It does not say Xerox includes. The Print Service Plugin FAQ is available here, http://www.office.xerox.com/latest/SFTFS-26U.PDF, shows what is available from the Print Services Plugin and accounting is not one of the fields. 

I've not had an issue with Xerox Standard Accounting (XSA) and printing using the exceptions so I'm not sure what issue you have there. I would think if it worked in the Print Portal, it would work with the Plugin. 

If the accounting codes are a must, moving to Mobile Print Cloud will allow you to select the accounting codes. It is a paid Solution but it will give you the ability to add the accounting codes when using the Print Portal application. 

The first image shows action is required in the accounting section and the second images shows how you can add the codes.

Adding the exception, I can print using Xerox Print Portal but I continue to not print with Xerox Print Service Plugin.

I could use Xerox Print Portal but in this case I will loose information about accounting... It sounds very strange to think that Xerox didn't consider accounting for mobile... I

So it seems that accounting has been implemented...

Xerox Print Portal works in conjunction with Mobile Print Solution or Mobile Print Cloud. Accounting would be enable in the Mobile Print administrator interface. If your printers have already been discovered, you would need to go to the Printers section and enable accounting. It is my understanding that neither AirPrint or Android Print allow for accounting. However, when using the Print Service Plugin, you should be able to setup Accounting Printing Exceptions. To setup Print Exceptions, open the printer webpage, Navigate to Properties > Login / Permissions / Accounting > Validation Policies/Print Job Exceptions > and then add a device. Good Luck...

Hello,

I have downloaded in my andoird phone two applicaitons:

Xerox Print Portal

Xerox Print Service Plugin

In both cases I am not able to set userid and group id for xerox standard accounting, so prints always fail.

In Xerox Print Protal, in the printer details, it seems that accounting is disabled (but it is correctly enabled in my 7855, all my pc print using a userid/group ud).

Does anyone knows a solution for my issue?
