Re: QR code issues

there are many ways to do that. If you wanna save these complicated steps and find a easy way, you can google  barcode generator and you will find many useful tools, or google how to create QR code  to get instructive articles. i know a barcode generator seems can generate QR code, but i have never tried, if you don't have a better choice, you can have a try.

Re: QR code issues

I googled your question and in the first page I found this passage called how to create QR Code in ASP.NET which may be helpful for you. This may be not the platform you want to create QR Code in. You may find the one which is suitable for you. This is what I can do for you. Good luck.

Re: QR code issues

Sounds like the problem is your device is not connecting to your server. I have a couple secondary questions, do you get the same error when you attempt any Print Portal App function, like can you search for a device ? Can you upload files ?

The device communicates to the server two ways, local Wi-Fi and Cellular Data. If your device can communicate on both networks turn off Wi-Fi and try Cellular only. Then turn on Wi-Fi and turn off Cellular. After trying these communication methods let me know if either works. This will help determine the next steps to take.

Thanks

QR code issues

Recently setup our Mobile Print server, we seem to be having issues getting the QR codes to work correctly.  Copiers print out the Xerox Mobile Print Solution page with the QR code just fine.  When we scan them with our idevices I get an "Unable to connect to Server" error message.   Any insight?
