Hi Glenn, how are you?? So we have a problem with the mobile print, an agent and I did the upgrade on our phone & Ipad and we cannot print the the mobile print option, On my Ipad it brings up a black screen and on his Iphone it keeps saying server error occured and kept asking for company code which I entered but it did not accept it.
Let me know what I should try to do to fix the problem. I did try turning off the printer to see if that would fix it, but it did not.
