Unable to add user after deleted

Product Name: WPS
Operating System: Windows Server 2016

We created a user in WPS and realized it had the wrong email address. Deleted the user and tried to recreate and getting an error.

"A User with this primary pin already exist."

The user is no longer in the list and cannot find any trace of the user. How do we recreate the user?

You can try to create the user using another email, then edit the user with the correct email

It is getting an error about the Primary PIN.

      "A user with this Primary PIN already exists."
