Unable to log into XWC

Product Name: Xerox Workplace Cloud
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Good Day

I use the domain\username to authenticate to use workplace cloud. I have accidentally disbaled the LDAP settings and now receive the following error when trying to log in: sequence contains no elements.

I would just like to if there is a possibility to re-enable the LDAP settings somehow.
