Hi,

I have a feeling you are pointed to a new Database file that was created during your upgrade. So we need to get your server pointing to the correct database.

Nothing was prefilled, it also had MSSQl selected instead on internal like my screenshots show we were using before. SO I selected internsal for the upgrade program.

Hi,

When you were going throught the Wizard, were current settings displayed, say on the Email setting screen. I have a concern that you may not be pointing to the correct Database.

and the "Activation Key" field gets a red message "This is a required field"

I do not see a skip for the license page, there was one for the Proxy.

Hi,

There should be a Skip button on the Wizard Licensing Page, check for the button on the lower right hand on the screen.

Upgrade to 5.02 from 4.0 and my license is no longer listed

Product Name: Xerox Workplace Suite
Operating System: Windows Server 2012 R2 x64

We upgrade from 4.2 to 5.02. system was fully licensed and working I have screen shots of the license numbers). Now after the V5 upgrade the new system configuration is sking me for an activaton number (which we do not seem to have anymore just the serail number). We can not seem to get passed thsi wizard. It would also seem that our current licenses are no longer valid and the hardware address also changed for the same exact server. Is this normal?
