User Account assigned to Company Code: Public and can't reassign to our company code.

We have a user who somehow has a standalone workplace cloud account using his company email address has the company code set to PUBLIC.
We have no way to change it to use our own Company code so he could see our companies printers. I'm also unable to manually import him. Instructions on this forum for similar searches didn't help as the
