It’s today’s smart workplace assistant that doesn’t just copy, scan, fax, or print, but also translates, shares, and creates electronic documents with just a few easy taps on the screen. ConnectKey Technology does all this with cloud connectivity. Say good-bye to scattered information, disjointed processes, isolated peripherals, and unstructured support.
This is bug 255837 for Google Cloud print.
You may get past it by setting the printer to just automagically print to Letter as the default.
What I have learned is that Cloud Print has no default paper-size setting of its own. When you use Cloud Print from a device it uses the devices Locale. So if the above fails, you can also try changing the printers region and keyboard to USA/US English and it should use Letter after a reboot. Set the time (make sure it is within 3 minutes of your PC)
I'm having the exact same problem as the user above. The registration instructions page never prints, leaving me no way to actually register the printer.
I've tried updating the firmware, and it did not help.
VersaLink B405, Software version: 38.10.91
I cannot get this printer to register with Google Cloud print. I have a Xerox Altalink and Epson printers on the same network that easily register to Google Cloud print, so I don't believe it's a network issue. Steps I have tried so far,
