When printing from a Iphone or Ipad the paper tray configuration change from Letter to A4

They are directing printing to the printer without using the air print. Basically they are printing from the IOS or the application option that are using in the moment.

How are they directly printing the printer?  Are they using Air Print?

Hi All,

I have a Xerox WorkCentre 3615 and I have some skill users that configure your mobile phones to direct print to the printer without using any application the problem is when they print, automatically the default tray configuration change the dafault paper size from Letter to A4. I already search in google.com if someone have resolved this problem without any result that's why i am writing you guys.

I hope someone can help me with this. I do not want to tell my users that they can't print from their iphones.
