Would you please take a screenshot of the Agent's tab and the Licensing page in the Xerox Workplace Cloud Admin Portal? Then please reply to this comment with those screenshots attached so that I can see what is going on with your Company Account?
Good morning, I'm trying to install Xerox Workplace Cloud Agent and I'm getting the following error message: "Agent Registration Failed: This Print Agent has been deactivated and cannot be re-registered at this time".
I have deleted an old agent and created a new agent but I'm still receiving this error. Any idea? This is for our Demo Room.
