Workflow scanning resolution can not go beyond 300 DPI

Operating System: Windows Server 2012 R2 x64


The customer is complaining about scanning is taking long time to reach inbox.  It could be due to high size of scanned image, while troubleshooting I found that the preset scan resolution is 300, 400, 600 dpi and user can not reduce beyond 300 DPI. This is causing high file size of scanned document.

Request you to please suggest about how to reduce resolution.
