Workplace Suite does not update existing users from LDAP

Product Name: Xerox Workplace Suite 5.1.27.17
Operating System: Windows Server 2016 x64

Hi

Workplace Suite does not update the department field on existing users from LDAP.

The department field is unchanged in Workplace suite.. any ideas on solution?

Hi,

I have looked into your question and determined it is a Software problem. The problem will be fixed in the next release. After some testing it was detemined that the LDAP Department Feild was being updated from the LDAP field Billing Code. The problem only occures after the user is created from a LDAP import. If you have any additional questions please let me know.
