Xerox Workplace Cloud authentication issues

Product Name: VersaLink® C605 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Applicable

when attempting to authinticate on the machine we get the error 


"Could not log in"

there was an unknown error


when using the workplace cloud app from our phone we get the message that the unlock was suscessful on the phone and then we get the error


"Could not log in"

the server could not be found or was unavailable
