First guess would have to be SNMP issues. have you checked if they implemented SNMPv3?

Firewalled ports 161-162?

 

The fact port 80 (CWIS) works with the same IP/Hostname implies SNMP is the issue.

Xerox mobile cloud prinr

Hi all,

 

We have had one of our customers which uses Xerox mobile cloud print and they have had all of their printers fall off the agents, they have tried the following:

 

  • Rescanned
  • Added additional devices & rescanned
  • Restarted the services
  • Upgraded one of the agents

 

But still with no success,  at one point a couple of printers popped up and shortly disappeared. All printers are accessible via the web ui any ideas?
