Now I have successfully lauched Xerox Workplace Suite, is this the page where I have to register my App to have SSO capability? Becasue I am not sure what to enter for this Activation Key field? Or am I even opening the wrong Xerox Work Place suite?
Hi, Was this a new install of there are some cases that the MS SQL Database instance did not start.
- Make sure that the Service: SQL Server (XEROXMOBILITY) is running and startup is set to Automatic.
- Secondly, make sure this service is also running: Xerox.MobilePrintHostService

For new Installs of XWS 5.1 using SQL Express 2014, we have seen a problem that the Database is not starting automatically

I downloaded the lastest version of Xerox Workplace Suite and installed all necessary componenets, but when I open the Xerox WorkPlace Suite Adminitrator, it pops up the image as shown? can someone help me verify it?
