I have downloaded the lastest version of Xerox Workplace Suite and installed all necessary componenets, but when I open the Xerox WorkPlace Suite Adminitrator, it pops up the below message " The service your requesting is currently not available. Please check your internet and proxy settings are correct. If this error persists, then please conduct your system Administrator. Ensure that the xerox mobile print host service is running.
Also noticed that in server services the xerox mobile print host service its not running even if set the service on automatic.
Also check to see it the Database service is running. Sometimes is does not automatically start. Check that the Mobility Suite database service is running. If not start it then start it then start the Mobile Print Host Service. If this is a constant problem, you may want to set both of the services on 'Delayed Start'.
