Now I have successfully lauched Xerox Workplace Suite, is this the page where I have to register my App to have SSO capability? Becasue I am not sure what to enter for this Activation Key field? Or am I even opening the wrong Xerox Work Place suite?Capture.PNG

Hi, Was this a new install of there are some cases that the MS SQL Database instance did not start. 

- Make sure that the Service: SQL Server (XEROXMOBILITY) is running and startup is set to Automatic.

- Secondly, make sure this service is also running: Xerox.MobilePrintHostService 

Also, this is txt from the Readme file, please check out the solution for Database not starting automatically:

Problem: Workplace Suite Web page displays an error on Startup:

ERROR: There was an error processing your request or the system was busy. Please try again later.
For new Installs of XWS 5.1 using SQL Express 2014, we have seen a problem that the Database is not starting automatically
Name of Service that is not starting Automatically: SQL Server (XEROXMOBILITY)

cannot open Xerox Workplace Suite

Product Name: Xerox Workplace suite
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I downloaded the lastest version of Xerox Workplace Suite and installed all necessary componenets, but when I open the Xerox WorkPlace Suite Adminitrator, it pops up the image as shown? can someone help me verify it?
