We have seen a mismatch in the Locale setting where the current Locale setings are not applied to the system account which can cause MS Excel jobs to fail conversion.
Here are the steps to resolve this.
The problem is that the current Locale settings have not been applied to the System account, so they will need to do that by following the steps below.
The same workaround applies here,
Some Background: The Locale setting are used by MS Excel to format the Date, Time and other special cells for printing and viewing.

This issue was caused bij a non-English operating system on the Xerox® Mobile Print Solution and not having the Language Pack in the same language as the operating system.
What's in this document? Do you have some crazy charts, macros, and other stuff? Or is it a dead simple one. Which version of excel are you using? Does it have this problem with .xlsx files since i see you made a .xls file.
I am unable to print excel sheets on a Xerox 7556 mfp using Xerox mobile print v1.5.
The mfp displayes the message: the document test.xls was not able to print because the document could not be converted.
Word docs or other formats are working fine.
Already upgraded the mfp to the latest version without solving the issue.
