thnx for the feedback!
Fabio and all,
While Xerox Mobile Print Cloud accepts email messages from most major email providers, we have found that at least one email provider issues unexpected commands that Xerox Mobile Print Cloud does not process. We are working to address this in a future release.

Fabio,
Xerox is continuing to work with your email provider to determine the reason why your emails are not reaching our solution. We will post an update when a resolution is reached.
Thanks,

hi,
thnx for getting back to me,
but i am using the email account o created for the portal
also tested it from outlook, there is no reply mail or anything , not to direct or general mail print@print...
when i upload it manually from the app itself on my android with an explorer , then i receive a mail that my job has been printed
its also not stuck in queue on the machine , i checked that also...
so jobs printed from the app , i see them also in the history of the portal itself : xmpc.services.xerox.com
but i dont see the mails in that portal in the history
so i think there is an email problem on the xerox side... ?
thnx
Hi Fabio,
Here is some information that might help answer your question:
Are you sending the email from the account you used to install the system? If you created the account as Fabio@company.com, then you must send the email to be printed from Fabio@company.com. Often times people’s mobile phones are set to a default email account, e.g., Fabio@personal_email.com. If you registered as Fabio@company.com but send as Fabio@personal_email.com the print job would be rejected.
When you send a job to print@printbyxerox.com, the only way to release the job for printing is from the Xerox Mobile Print Portal app. The document would show up in your “Documents” folder in the app. Again, the email must be sent by the registered user of Xerox Mobile Print Cloud.
In summary,
1. Make sure when email printing, send the job from the same email account that you registered with.
2. If you printed to XEROX MFP check the printer "Job Status" to see if the Job is being held for resources.
3. When looking for Job History, you must be certain to look at Job History rather than “Current Jobs”. The Jobs page opens to current jobs.
Thanks,
And let us know if this helps.
well, i installed this system, but seems the email system is not working yet
when sending a mail to print@printbyxerox.com or to the email of the printer directly, there is no primt coming out, also noting to see in the history within the xmpc.services.xerox.com
any ideas?
