Technical Escalation User and Print Portal App

There seems to be a problem when your email address has been used in the Print Portal App (or maybe older mobile print apps) that it is recognized by the app but the password does not work and cannot be changed. I ran into this with my Xerox email address and can only use my personal email address for printing using the app. Yesterday, I ran into the same issue with one of our DTP partners. His work address would not work since it had been used with older mobile print apps (we think it is also the Print Portal App) but was able to use the using his personal email address.


How can I get this issue corrected? Can my account be deleted from the Print Portal App? Thanks
