Hello, is there an update or a solution for this case available?

There is no more error message - but unfortunately it still won't work.

I sent a mail with attachment to print@mobileprintcloud.com . It will now be delivered and I receive a reply.


Unfortunately the @printbyxerox MFP App does not know this email.



Is it possible that @mobileprintcloud.com and @printbyxerox are not linked?

Is there an update for this issue? The issue is very easy to reproduce. Just get a free .DE email address and send an email with an attachment to print@printbyxerox.com. It is not possible to send an email to print@printbyxerox.com from several mail providers. An error message appears: 550 Invalid DNS MX or A/AAAA resource record

The following mail providers are affected: gmx.de; gmx.net; web.de; 1und1.de probably other providers are affected.
The following mail providers have been successfully tested: gmail.com; xerox.com

So why is the service not available from german mail providers?
