scan to email delay

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows Server 2016 x64

I have an issue with a new installation of Xerox Workplace Suite with. In the customer environment there are over 100 users and 12 MFPs (The printers models is Altalink C8045 with the last firmware version that was found on Xerox spar release). The workplace suite work well except the scan to email services that delay to senting to a user.

I have observe that when users try to scan to email via the workplacesuite the file created is huge, close to 50mb. When we tried doing the same action at our office the size of the attachment is normal (1mb for 40pages).


Do you have any suggestion to solve the issue
