Is there a way to select all UNUSED Impose presets at once to delete them, or even add a prefix to their names?
I have been trying to sort some of the presets and workflows that have been created adhoc. As they were created as and when needed they abide by inconsistant naming conventions and I would like to tidy the ones I wish to keep and delete the one where their respective workflows have been deemed surplus to requirements.
It would be handy if we could select all unsued presets from any of the component options in this way.

There does not appear to be an "automated" method to deleting unused presets. You can manually open up presets in the Workflow tab and select the “information” button which will reveal the workflows using the preset. If it is not being used by a workflow, it is most likley obsolete.
I want to set a hot folder for Max Input on an network share? The documenttion seems to indicate this is possible:
Input Hot Folder Name defines the name for the hot folder configuration.
The Hot Folder Location is a location that will be monitored for job files. The following Universal Resource Identifier (URI) formats are supported:
Folder (Sandbox Location)
but when editing my Hot Folder set up it wants to look for the one stored in the the default location :
I must be doing something in the wrong order? Bear in mind I am editing an existing one.

Add Credentials to Windows Server 2012 R2 Update Account
If needed, credentials can be added to the Windows account used for the Xerox®
FreeFlow® Core service.
1. Select Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials.
2. Select Add a Windows Credential.
3. Specify the server Internet or network address and a valid User name and Password.
4. Validate access per instructions above.
Manually Setting the Log On Properties for Xerox® FreeFlow® Core Services in Windows
To configure how a service is started using the Windows interface
- Click Start, click in the Start Search box, type services.msc, and then press ENTER.
- Optionally, export and save a list of the existing settings. To do this, right-click Services, select Export List, and save the settings list.
- In the details pane, right-click the FreeFlow Core service that you want to configure, stop the service and then click Properties.
- On the General tab, in Startup type , click Automatic , Manual , Disabled , or Automatic (Delayed Start). To specify the user account that the service can use to log on, click the Log On tab, and then do one of the following:
- a) To specify that the service uses the LocalSystem account, click This account, and then type "NT AUTHORITY\LocalService" Without the quotes. Do not enter a password.
- b) To specify another account, click This account, click Browse, and then specify a user account in the Select User dialog box. When you are finished, click OK.
- Type the password for the user account in Password and in Confirm password, and then click OK. If you select the LocalSystem account do not type a password.
Adding Shared Folder Credentials to the Windows Account
If the Windows account used for the Xerox® FreeFlow® Core service has access to the
shared folders then additional configuration is not required.
Shared folders must be UNCs (for example: \\<server>\<path>\file.ext). Mapped drives
are not supported.
Remember to setup remote holder location with the following file structure:

I attempted to load 3 pdf files yesterday via the Digital Publisher Ordering Tool, but none of the files ever reached their destination. Shoirtly after uploading, each job appeared with a "Job submitted successfully" check mark in the Status column of the Job Status window. In the Active Jobs tab of Freeflow Core, however, they seem to be stuck: Status in Workflow has been reading as "Pending" for well over a day now (see attached screengrab). Any ideas as to what might prevent these files from completing their upload? Thanks.

There's no apparent reason for the lengthy pending status on these jobs. I would recommend rebooting the server. The jobs will be aborted, so you'll need to resubmit them.
If the problem does not go away, contact Xerox Support.
Is there a setting somewhere that will instruct Freeflow Core to delete jobs from the completed jobs queue after a set amount of time? I thought that jobs were deleting after 24 hours automatically but it appears that this wasn't the case or it stopped happening sometime last week. It may have happened after the last update. Now I have to go in and manually delete jobs so that I do not have space issues.
We recently added a Phaser 5550 to our operation, it is intended to replace our Phaser 4510.
The problem I am having is that no job I submit to it with more than 10 records will print that quantity. the same job would print with no issues on our 4510.
The First two lines of the error read:
ERROR: undefined (COMMAND TYPE: nametype)
OFFENDING COMMAND: selected pages: 1 10 "Selected pages: 1 10"
Windows 8 PC, printing from FreeFlow VI Design Pro 12.0 SP1.
Any help is appreciated, thanks.
Can somebody tell me what the follwing message means, or is referring to please? Please see screenshot attached to see where it occurs.

I am trying to impose 148mm x 105mm (A6) on to a press sheet size of 450mm x 320mm (SRA3). The PDF I am trying to impose is 154mm x 111mm because it has 3mm bleed on all edges.
Is there are way to impose this 8up by only utilising 2mm bleed instead of the available 3mm and omitting the inner cropmarks?
I can do this in InDesign (see attached image) but would realy like to automate this as much as possile using FFC.

FFCore 18.104.22.168 addresses imposition problems which resulted in the error message you are seeing. If FFCore 22.214.171.124 does not address the problem, submit a SPAR. I have run your imposition setup with no error messages and the output I expected on FFCore 126.96.36.199.
I am very new to FFC and I am trying to make a workflow for imposing an A4 16pp booklet onto SRA3(450mm x 320mm). I have tried what I think should do the trick and all seems fine when it saves to the Output Folder but the sheet size of the outputted PDF is 467.2mm x 304.8mm rather the the intended SRA3 450mm x 320mm.
I have atatched the 7 screen shots for inspection.
Screen shots 1 to 4, are of the tabs and options within these tabs which I have selected in my attempt to make this work. Screen shoot 5 is the completed jobs tabs showing that the job was sucsessfull without any warnings.
Screen shots 6 and 7 are of the original PDF and outputted PDF respectively. Notice the size indicated at the bottom right of the last screen shot which was taken from Acrobat. It should be SRA3.
Thanks you all in advance for your attention...

I am able to recreate your output if I have a Secondary Stage in the imposition node that uses a Press Sheet of Tabloid Extra (12X18 inches). I'm guessing your imposition node has the Secondary Stage set without your knowledge. If this is not the source of the problem, you can contact Xerox Customer Support.
After upgrading to ffc 5 and moving to a new server, the old path:
Is no longer there. I did find the 0000 folder here:
C:\Program Files\Xerox\FreeFlow Core\Tenants\00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000\
but there is no save destination folder i could find.
Where is the new location?
