"fiery" have right. If the server is stuck in Starting up it, means it not booting into ready state, so you certainly need to reinstall the Fiery system software from DVD's or from clone (if you have one).
Since the update yesterday no PC's could be found on the LAN but after using some suggestions from around the web forums now see the PCS on the wired LAN but still no printers.
The ColorQube 8570 shows as offlinbe but I have tried all the usual things but noithing works.
I sometimes get, The Printer is in an Error state and Printer Status is not available at this time
It is a network and may driver issue.
Is there a new driver required ?
HP has released a drive evidentky.

Thank you CherylO.
After maybe a week and trying what all you guys have suggested as well as my own experience, I have it finally working.
The most recent of my activities was to Device Mgr, uninstall the printer like I have done so many times with this problem.
This time I chose the 'Older printer' option and it found the ColorQube 8570DN. It installed the 8570/8870 Class driver and the printer worked.
I had chosen every other option like I always did and assumed the Older printer was to be a really old one, not a 2017 one!
Anyway, it looks like I am now able to get back to earning a few crumbs again !
I really do appreciate the help
Im a new here. I will try to explain what kind of problem do I have
When I'm printing on Xerox 7830 (it's the local printer)... many users are connected to this printer and can print.
The question is how do I disable the function that before every document I print from my computer it's printing (wasting) paper with the information such as:
*who printed it
*what was the name of document the user printed
*date and time
and at the bottom of paper logo of XEROX
The thing is:
If I open 10 documents (each one consist of 1 page) and will print them.. it will print 20 documents...
Thanks in advance!
I need help to Workcenter 5330, we got it from a company that we believe was using a card reader but we only got the machine alone maybe that is why the machine is searching for the device. We are thinking of putting back the machine in to default state to remove the settings and make it work like a new one. Can somebody teach me how? thanks.

The 53XX products are FujiXerox, so you can't Altboot them, which means you would need to go into Diagnostics mode to start clearing NVM's to wipe them, which is in turn, Xerox Confidential information (So it won't be posted here)
You would need a Service Manual to get that information.
With that out of the way, Assuming you have access to CWIS, just disable the Smart Cards
CWIS > Properties > Security > Smart Card Settings
Is it possible to order xerox printer cartridges online?
Brand new Phaser 6510, but unable to have successful prints. I've loaded it with standard plain A4 printing paper and I've installed drivers and such.
I believe I set it up right as well. Paper types, sizes and so on are all set to the correct (plain, a4 for instance).
When I prompt a print-out, correct settings in Word (a4 etc...), the printer displays a message: "CheckTray1 PaperSize 8.5x11'' Plain".
I've checked several times, the settings are set to A4, the printing paper is also A4. It's been correctly placed in the tray.
If I click OK to print anyway, the paper stops half-way on its way out (a jam). I need to open the back and pull it out, where I'll find about 80% of the text successfully printed, the rest not.
Not sure what's wrong here. Help or suggestions would be very much appreciated!
Every day or two I find that I can't access my 3215 from Easy Print Manager (ESP) nor from the Centreware Internet Services due to the printer's IP address changing for some unknown reason. To get ESP working I need to reconnect my PC to the printer via USB each time to reset it. This can't be right. Can I reconfigure ESP from my laptop to get it to work without using a USB cable? I tried but see no option to do it. I have Windows 10. Why does the IP address of the printer keep changing and what can I do to stop it from doing so?
I'm new to Xerox so please bear with me.

It can't change it unless it is set to DHCP, which would mean when you reboot it , it asks your router for an IP address, and your router supplies it with a different one.
So eliminate that by setting it up with a Static IP address.
Enter a Static IP Address:
- Press the Machine Status button on the Control Panel.
- Press the up/down arrows to select Network and press OK.
- Enter the Administrator Password using the alphanumerical keypad. The default is 1111.
- Press the OK button; the Network Settings menu displays.
- Press the up/down arrows to select TCP/IP(IPv4); press OK.
- Press the up/down arrows to select Static; press OK.
- Press the up/down arrows to select IPv4 Address; press OK.
- Enter the IP Address using the alphanumerical keypad; press OK.
- Enter details for Subnet Mask using the alphanumerical keypad; press OK.
- Enter details for Gateway using the alphanumerical keypad; press OK.
- The Saved screen will display and return to the Network menu.
- From the Network menu, press the up/down arrows to select TCP/IP(IPv4); press OK.
- Press the up/down arrows to select Static; press OK.
- Press the up/down arrows to select Primary DNS; press OK.
- Enter details for Primary DNS using the alphanumerical keypad; press OK. The Saved screen will display and return to the Static menu.
- Press the up/down arrows to select Secondary DNS; press OK.
- Enter details for Secondary DNS using the alphanumerical keypad; press OK. The Saved screen will display and return to the Network menu.
We would like to set up the fax address book so non-logged in users can add vendor names and fax #'s without having admin privilidges.

The printer is way too old for Windows 10, it has been out of development since before Windows Vista (XP got the last driver)
Your only hope at all is to use a universal BW driver, possibly the Xerox Global Print driver and configure it for Basic Print mode
There has never been a 64 bit driver, and you likely have a 64 bit version of Windows, so the Xerox Global Print Driver (GPD) would be your only hope for a Xerox driver.
Your printer is/was a re-branded Samsung though, they may have a 64 bit driver, but certainly not for Windows 8-10.
Samsung ML-1710 drivers were used by most Linux users back when this printer was still used.
I understand that you can check the status and percentage of life remaining for your printer supplies by ip address
but my 7100 is attached directly to my pc by an usb cable. How can I get a printout of the life and time remaining on my
printers supplies ?
