Hello! For those that don't know me, I'm Deb Haines. I've been working at XMPie for over 15 years (@Xerox now 13yrs) and teaching our products since the I started (v1.6 then). By trade, I am a trainer and have been teaching people to use computers and software for almost 30 years. I've taught every office application (just about), which basically means I know lots of software and many versions. Before teaching, I worked at a check printing plant (long before software made it easier). I could mail merge with just about everything (Wordperfect, WordStar, DBase, Access, Word, InDesign) - which is why I love our software for variable because it is so much more flexible and robust.
