The app gallery will not load on our recently updated ALTALINK C8035 (software version:103.001.001.05400). A network capture shows it making a DNS request to appgallery.external.xerox.com which fails. The error essage it displays references this host as well. All of our VERSALINK units reference appgallery.services.xerox.com which is succesful. It appears that xerox has dropped the A record for appgallery.external.xerox.com from their DNS entries. (A ping to this host from my computer fails as well.) Has anyone else experienced this?

I had a device that required me to update App Gallery. I had to uninstall App Gallery on the deivce then I reinstalled it from the App Gallery website on my PC.
Thanks - I removed it from the copier and re-installed it from my computer (using the xerox browser connector) which I had not used previously. It works now as it is using the proper dns hostname. Thanks again. I wasn't actually aware that I could install things from my computer.
