Thank you! The solution you provided worked perfectly. Apparently, we knew just enough to be dangerous before your suggestions.

Print from URL uses the HTTP & HTTPS protocols only.  FTP uses the FTP protocol.

If you want to use the same server you will need to go to IIS and create a virtual directory (right click on  IIS Manager>Sites>Default Web Site) for the directory you're aiming for.  You'll also need to enable Directory Browsing for that directory in your IIS settings.  You can use Google for more information about setting this up I believe.

I would also remove the FTP part unless you were already using it.

Print from URL

Jump to solution
We set up an FTP server with IIS on Windows 7 and created a Print From URL app to point to the address. When we access the app on a WC 7855 it is able to authenticate but does not pull up any files. This is the address that we are using in the app: http://192.168.2.10. We have tried adding the folder name as well (exp. http://192.168.2.10/FTPtest) but that does not work either. As well as http://ftp.192.168.2.10 and http://ftp.192.168.2.10/FTPtest Please let us know if there is anything else or anything different we should be putting in the address to make this work.
