Configuring Print Rules

Installed and opened Cloud print driver on android 

Save file to Cloud print 

Click on add printers - no printers to be found

The Android tablet is connected to the same network as printer:

There is no problem connecting to Internet via Android

There is no problem printing thru devices on Windows 10 network

I would appreciate any other suggestions thank you
